Submodule that returns a constant solar vector as specified in the corresponding ini file.

Features:

• Outputs a 3-component vector ("SolarVector") pointing from the body to the Sun.
• Vector is defined using polar angle (θ) and azimuth (φ) from the ini file.
• Values remain constant throughout the simulation.
• Supports integration into calculation chains via InitChain and PreTimeStepChain.
