This documentation contains the full API reference of the MoCSI code. It contains detailed descriptions and graphical representations of the used classes, functions and files and their relationship with each other.

You can find the general description, mathematical background, installation instructions, model options and example applications on the MoCSI landing page.

• For an overview of the classes forming MoCSI and their relationships, visit the class hierarchy page. There you can click on a class to get further details, such as the the class member functions or an inheritance diagram.
• For an overview of the used files, visit the file list page. For every file additional information, such as the classes, version or includes are listed.
